How to change signature in Outlook

1.       Open Outlook email and click compose

2.       Under Message menu, choose Signature and then select Signatures

3.       Select New from “Select signature to edit”

4.       In the New Signature box, provide a name to your signature

a.       To make your signature appealing, you can edit them by adding new fonts and colors

b.      You can also create your signatures in MS Word and then paste it directly to the Signature box

5.       Choose the following options for your signature from Choose Default Signature section:

a.       Email account- Select the Outlook email account you want to add signatures to. Now, add the same.

b.      Replies/forwards- Choose the signature you want to appear in the replies and the email you forward

6.       Hit the OK button

7.       Once done, all your future messages will be automatically accompanied by your selected signature

1.       Compose a new email message and choose Signature from the Message tab

2.       Choose any of the signatures from the saved ones

3.       It’s done!
